How do we remain fully ourselves while becoming something greater together? The programme explores how two people can remain fully themselves while learning how to become one marriage. We explore the identities each person has learned to inhabit, including adaptations developed through family, relationships, culture and experience, and how these can shape the way you relate to one another. Each person's Gallup CliftonStrengths®️ assessment provides another perspective on their natural patterns of Needs and Contributions, helping you understand what each person may naturally bring and what each may need to flourish. The assessment is a tool within the exploration - it does not define either person's Intrinsic Identity©️. Together, we explore your differences, the patterns that emerge between you, the triggers, over/under-use patterns, and how each of you can develop the capacity to remain yourselves while allowing the other to remain themselves. The work is not about making you the same, changing your partner or deciding who is right. It is about developing differentiation, integration and interdependence - understanding two unique people and discovering what becomes possible when they learn how to contribute to something greater together.
