This is a once off expression session, allowing you to 'dip' into Coaching as and when the need arises (non-Strength based). A 8 x session package is suggested for on-going inspiration in achieving your goals. Please note: upon completion of this online purchase an invoice will be emailed to you for payment. Sessions will only commence once proof of payment has been received in full. Cancellation Policy
