2 hour Strength Session (to be used by existing customers for the purpose only of creating a booking slot ) - please arrive 5 minutes early. Follow-up 8 x Strengths Coaching package is recommended. Please note: upon completion of this online booking please make a note on the booking that you are an existing customer.
