Intrinsic Identity©️ Emergence is an intensive exploration of what might become possible when you have begun to distinguish who you have learned to be from who you may be capable of becoming We explore: Who you have learned to be - the manufactured identities you have developed through family, relationships, culture, work and the environments around you What may be driving your choices - including approval, achievement, belonging, security, status or the need to prove your worth What may be genuinely yours - your natural patterns, Needs, Contributions, interests, motivations and ways of contributing Where you may be misaligned - in your work, relationships, environment or expectations What you might become - when you have greater freedom to develop from your Intrinsic Identity©️ rather than continually adapting to internal or external expectations How you want to contribute - exploring ways of participating that are meaningful to you CliftonStrengths®️ may be used as one tool within this exploration, but it does not define your Intrinsic Identity©️ The purpose of this intensive is not to tell you who you are. It is to create the conditions for you to investigate who you might become What is included Preparation questionnaire Preparation before the intensive CliftonStrengths®️ assessment and supporting reports where appropriate 2 hour Intrinsic Identity©️ Emergence intensive One follow-up 45-minute session Four weeks of WhatsApp messages support - limited to 5 mins daily to avoid dependency The work is developmental and is not psychotherapy or medical treatment. I do not diagnose or treat "mental illness" The purpose - Emergence is about development The question is no longer simply: "Who have I been?" or even: "Who am I?"
