Intrinsic Identity©️ Discovery takes the exploration further by examining the relationship between your natural patterns, your experiences and the identity you have learned to inhabit We explore how family, relationships, culture, work and other environments may have influenced the person you have learned to become. Some of the ways we think, feel, behave and relate may be natural expressions of ourselves. Others may be adaptations that developed because they helped us belong, succeed, feel safe, gain approval or manage difficult circumstances Your natural patterns, Needs and Contributions may provide useful clues. CliftonStrengths®️ may be used as one tool to illuminate these patterns, but it does not define your Intrinsic Identity©️ Together, we begin to distinguish between what may be genuinely yours and what you may have learned to become We can explore where you may be experiencing misalignment - in your work, relationships, expectations or environment - and what this might tell you about the person you are becoming This is not psychotherapy or medical treatment, and I do not diagnose or treat "mental illness" The work is developmental: understanding yourself beyond the identity you have learned to inhabit The purpose Discovery is about understanding The question is not simply “Who am I?” It is: “How did I become who I became - and what might I discover when I begin to look beneath that identity?” Want to start learning before we work together?
