How do I develop and live from my Intrinsic Identity© and what I am discovering about myself? Ongoing Development packages are available to clients who have completed any of our Intrinsic Identity©️ Awareness, Discovery, Deep Dive or Emergence experiences. A four-session programme for beginning the deeper work of understanding who you have learned to be, what may be driving your patterns and choices, and what becomes possible when you begin developing from your Intrinsic Identity©️ Together we explore identity, adaptation, relationships, motivation, needs, contribution and the environments in which you are trying to become yourself. CliftonStrengths®️ may be used as one tool where it adds value to the exploration. The aim is not to fix who you are, it's to create greater freedom to choose who you are becoming. Development begins where exploration becomes lived experience. These sessions are for continuing the work of developing your Intrinsic Identity©️ - taking what you have begun to discover about your natural patterns, Needs, Contributions, identity, relationships and environment and exploring how you can authentically become who you are capable of becoming. The work is not about becoming a better version of the identity you have learned to inhabit. It is about developing the capacity to live with greater awareness, choice and alignment with what is genuinely yours. Your existing CliftonStrengths®️ assessment and the insights developed through your earlier Intrinsic Identity©️ work provide a foundation for this development. Where an assessment has not previously been completed, the appropriate assessment may form part of the starting process.
