Intrinsic Identity©️ Deep Dive is a more comprehensive exploration of the relationship between who you are, who you have learned to be and who you may become We bring together your natural patterns, Needs and Contributions with your lived experience, identity, adaptations, relationships, environment and aspirations Your full CliftonStrengths®️ assessment may provide another perspective on your natural patterns, but it is not treated as a definition of who you are Instead, we explore it alongside your own experience asking what resonates, what does not, what may have been shaped by adaptation and what might reveal possibilities you have not previously recognised We explore the relationship between differentiation and integration: becoming more fully yourself without becoming disconnected from others This may include examining: The identities you have learned to inhabit The adaptations that may once have helped you belong, feel safe or succeed Your natural patterns of Needs and Contributions Where your life may be aligned or misaligned with these patterns How your relationships influence your capacity to remain yourself while allowing others to remain themselves What becomes possible when you stop defining yourself primarily through external expectations This is not psychotherapy or medical treatment, and I do not diagnose or treat "mental illness" The aim is not to replace one manufactured identity with another, nor to tell you who you are, it is to develop your capacity to distinguish, integrate and begin developing from what is genuinely yours The purpose Deep Dive is not simply knowing your strengths or simply understanding your history, but beginning to bring the different parts together so that you can develop more consciously from your own Intrinsic Identity©️ Want to start learning before we work together?
