Intrinsic Identity©️ Awareness is a starting point for becoming curious about the difference between "who you have learned to be and what may be genuinely yours to develop" Rather than beginning with what is wrong with you, we begin by looking at "how you have become who you are" Your natural patterns, Needs and Contributions may offer useful clues, and CliftonStrengths®️ may be used as one tool within the exploration. But the assessment does not define your Intrinsic Identity©️ - it is something we explore together through your lived experience, relationships and the environments in which you have developed We begin to consider the identities you may have learned to inhabit, the adaptations that may once have helped you belong, feel safe, gain approval or find significance, and whether these still reflect who you are capable of becoming This is not psychotherapy or medical treatment, and I do not diagnose or treat "mental illness" It is an opportunity to become curious about yourself from a different perspective - without needing to know in advance what needs to change The purpose Awareness is about seeing You may leave with new questions rather than definitive answers The intention is to create enough awareness to begin distinguishing between "who you have learned to be and who you might become" Want to start learning before we work together?
